翻译了一下澳洲艾滋病组织的官方对异性kj的风险描述

Oral sex and womenLicking or sucking the vagina or vaginal lips is very safe in terms of HIV transmission. There is very little HIV in a woman’s vaginal juices, and saliva damages the virus. Dental dams are not necessary for protection against HIV but may help prevent the transmission of other sexually transmissible infections like herpes. There are no reliable reports of anyone getting HIV from oral sex on a woman with HIV. Likewise, there is no danger of an HIV-positive woman infecting a man by sucking his penis. Condoms can protect both partners from other sexually transmissible infections.

The Australian Federation of AIDS Organisations (AFAO) is the national federation for the HIV community response. We provide leadership, coordination and support to the Australia's policy, advocacy and health promotion response to HIV/AIDS.
AFAO's members are the AIDS councils in each state and territory, the National Association of People Living with HIV/AIDS (NAPWA), the Australian Injecting & Illicit Drug Users League (AIVL), the Anwernekenhe National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander HIV/AIDS Alliance (ANA), and Scarlet Alliance, the Australian Sex Workers Association.
