I wrote to you before. To summarize the history. 6 months ago I went with CSW the condom broke.
After 3 Days I had ballanitis, took antifungal cream and steroid cream travocort went away after a week, After 7 days of exposure severe sore throat went away after 3 days. After 3 weeks of exposure mild sore throat, went to doctor diagnosed pharyngitis prescribed antibiotics. 4th day of antibiotics severe muscle and joint pain. 7 day of antibiotics sore throat and muscle pain resolved, mild joint pain for another week. After this I began taking antidepressants (Remeron), for the anxiety I had along with Xanax for a week. After another week Ballanitis again. I took corticosteroid travocort and antifungal Dactarin cream for 2 weeks everything Ok. I took 2 Hiv duo tests one at 10 weeks and a repeat at 4,5 months both negative.
I am stiil taking antidepressants (Remeron). I did a month ago a compete blood count all normal.
Why I am writing to you you might answer. For the last month I had the following symptoms, can't wake up in the morning, feeling sleepy, Rashes in my body that come and go small pink on chest and abdomin (abdomen) I noticed them after workout went away after 3 days. Generally feeling unwell. Yesterday I developed a Herpes on my lip. My girlfriend hears me moaning during sleep. I am afraid I have Hiv. Oh and my legs and Torso is itchy with no apparent reason.
What the hell is wrong with me?
Can I have HIV and neither test could pick it?

I'm sorry that you continue to worry that you could have HIV from your exposure five months ago. As both I and Dr. Jose on the International Forum have already told you, you have conclusive results which prove that you did not get HIV. As Albert Einstein said, "one definition of insanity is to do the same thing again and again and to expect different results.", yet this is just what you are doing. Currently available tests for HIV are highly reliable and should be believed.
I urge you to stop worrying about HIV and to look for other reasons for your symptoms. I would suggest you start with a comprehensive evaluation by an Internal Medicine specialist. If that evaluation is negative, I suggest you then discuss your unwarranted and persisting fears with a counselor or mental healthprofessional. I say this in an effort to help.
