1.急性发烧，严重喉痛，皮疹是急性症状，但是一定会出现发烧，但是是不是发烧可以作为单一症状而不出现其他症状出现的就是只有发烧而没有喉痛和皮疹
2急性发烧为高于38.3°腋下，持续7到10天抗生素无效，是不是持续期7到10天都是高于38.3°
