       这是我第一次发帖，潜水12天了。在Medhelp上看到的东西，希望能帮到大家。自从高危2天气我就咽炎，白舌，很害怕，和很多恐友一样，每天小心翼翼地观察着自己身上细微的变化，也很后悔当天的一时头脑发热。我从第10天开始，出现头晕，头痛的现象，希望是空出来的吧，求阴。那么接下来言归正传。

I am worried mainly because from December until now I have had issues with my prostate (swelling causing me to pee more frequently and some discomfort at times). I have seen a doctor about this twice and was on cipro for a month and doxycycline for a month (cipro in March, doxy in May), neither of which have cured the problem (my symptoms are minor now, but still present). Also, while on cipro, I developed a white coating on my tongue(他舌苔白) that really hasn't gone away since. It just seems whiter than usual and brushing doesn't wipe it out entirely (worried it could be thrush?). And finally, over the last 3-4 days I've had a sinus headache (sides of my head hurt and upper teeth and jaw are sore). No other HIV symptoms, I'm just worried that the lingering prostate infection and sinus infection could mean my immune system was compromised (I've never had a sinus headache that affected my teeth).

Thank you very much for your post and welcome to our HIV forum.
First of all, I would like to reassure you because you have not put yourself at any significant risk at all of HIV infection.  All your protected penetrative sexual encounters were completely safe, and the unprotected oral ones would not involve any real risk of HIV at all.  However they do involve risk of STIs such as Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea and other bacterial infections, either in your urethra (which if untreated can spread to the prostate and cause prostatitis like in your case) or in the throat.  Prostatitis can take a while to clear with antibiotics but it will eventually go.  It seems that you have been treated with the correct antibiotics.  Antibiotics can cause oral thrush(coated tongue), which is a very common effect.(抗生素会导致鹅口疮，也就是白舌，而且是一种常见的副作用)Therefore I would not read too muchh into all these symptoms as they have absolutely nothing to do with HIV.
关于这个白舌的问题虽然我还在恐中，但是我算是亲身实践过。大概是高危第3天，我就出现了白舌，当时吓坏了，后来慢慢好了。但是前几天因为咽炎（现在很恐这个，因为还不好，以前从来没有过），我静脉注射青霉素，又出现了白舌，今天又好多了。然后我就回忆，先前因为嗓子痛，口服了抗生素，引起的白舌。当然这些都是我的推论，希望有白舌的兄弟心里舒坦一点。自己再求个阴，现在真是不好受啊。
