About a month ago I gave a guy Oral sex and swallowed his semen. I can’t feel any other lymph nodes anywhere else> I probably should mention that i have blocked (feel like they need to be popped a lot) ears but it doesn’t feel like they are infected. I have no other symptoms to suggest that I could have another kind of infection. I have been stressed about this since the incident since I don’t know the guy well.

If you were told no risk, then you know your lymph nodes have nothing to do with HIV.
