Oral Sex and HIV Risk
Oral Sex Is Not Risk Free
Like all sexual activity, oral sex carries some risk of HIV transmission when one partner is known to be infected with HIV, when either partner’s HIV status is not known, and/or when one partner is not monogamous or injects drugs. Even though the risk of transmitting HIV through oral sex is much lower than that of anal or vaginal sex, numerous studies have demonstrated that oral sex can result in the transmission of HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Abstaining from oral, anal, and vaginal sex altogether or having sex only with a mutually monogamous, uninfected partner are the only ways that individuals can be completely protected from the sexual transmission of HIV. However, by using condoms or other barriers between the mouth and genitals, individuals can reduce their risk of contracting HIV or another STD through oral sex.
后面的可以自己用百度翻译，我就不翻了，第一句话虽然比较简单，但是概括了中心思想：koujiao不是完全没有风险的

我无意伤害大家，但是，事实上或许确实是有危险的，脱恐的各位，不要认为没有风险而纵欲，最后因此得上，那才是追悔莫及，至于现在，检测是最好的脱恐，而且，其实结果已经注定

以上是之前的原帖，鉴于我也恐过，这里的版主也常常回复我并给予帮助，我决定翻译部分以便大家了解真相（全文实在太多，可以点开链接去看）
像所有的性行为一样，koujiao具有感染HIV的风险，无论对方是已知的感染着或未知的吸毒或多性伴人员。即使通过koujiao传播艾滋病病毒的风险远远低于肛门或yindaoxingjiao，大量研究已证明，koujiao可导致艾滋病毒和其他性传播疾病（性病）的传输。（此为红字部分翻译）
The highest-risk oral sex activity is giving oral sex to a man, if he ejaculates (cums) in your mouth. There is little to no risk of getting HIV from other types of oral sex. Several factors may increase the risk of HIV transmission through oral sexual contact, including mouth ulcers, bleeding gums, genital sores, and the presence of other sexually transmitted infections.
最高风险的koujiao活动是为男人koujiao且射精。其他形式的极为少见（这里是直接用的little，可见非常少，记得初中时讲little 和 a little的区别时会强调，有a就是还有一点，没a是一点也没有了，所以此处认定极为少见但绝非未见，毕竟确实有中500W的）一些因素会增加风险（增加，意味着过去就有，否则应当是一些因素会导致风险，在传播方式中对于xingjiao用的就是导致，不要说我咬文嚼字，人家表达的就是这个意思）包括口腔溃疡，出血，JJ伤和其他生殖感染。

HIV是怎么传播的
HIV can be transmitted through unprotected sexual intercourse (vaginal or anal), and oral sex with an infected person;
HIV可以通过与已感染的人进行无保护的性行为（yindao和肛门）和口腔xingjiao传播
transfusion of contaminated blood; and the sharing of contaminated needles, syringes or other sharp instruments. It may also be transmitted between a mother and her infant during pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding.
这一句应该就够用了吧？但是需要强调的是，根据语言用法，这里也认为koujiao的风险与前两项并不相同

总结：风险是有的，这点无须怀疑，但是也确实是很小的，所以胆大的不检测无所谓，但是想保险还是去检测吧，同时以后不要再玩这种危险的游戏了也不知道去舔概率的那个倒霉蛋是谁，也许就是你，洁身自好是抵御病毒最好的疫苗！！
