i had unprotected vaginal exposure with girl having unknown hiv status at night club in october 2010 in perth. never thought of hiv and after reading a general became concerned about it. got my first elisha test done in october 2011 ( after 1 year ) from exposure which came as negative. then did my nucleic acid test done in may2012 as i donated blood to one of my mate and my blood tests were negative as well. in june i had sore throat and a bit indigestion which started making me feel like i have got hiv but it was under seroconversion for long time and didnot show up in the tests. i still have sore throat even after 2 months and it is making me worried. did another elisha test on 26july2012 which is again negative. please help what should i do?
1. is there any chance that i can have hiv but its not coming up in the tests?
2. is it possible for a person not to produce antibodies for such a ling time like 18 months?
3. i have sore in my mouth which do not hurt and have thrush which is said to be symptoms of hiv?
4. i have acne like spots on my back since last 2 months?
please help i would like to have a true opinion. i never had any sexual exposure after that night club incident since october 2010.

1. is there any chance that i can have hiv but its not coming up in the tests? NO, NOT AT ALL. YOU ARE DEFINITELY HIV NEGATIVE WITHOUT ANY DOUBT.
2. is it possible for a person not to produce antibodies for such a ling time like 18 months? NO, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE.
3. i have sore in my mouth which do not hurt and have thrush which is said to be symptoms of hiv? NOT IN YOUR CASE. IT IS FAR TOO LATE TO HAVE SYMPTOMS OF SERO-CONVERSION, AND YOUR TESTS WERE NEGATIVE.
4. i have acne like spots on my back since last 2 months?
THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIV.
YOU ARE NEGATIVE. FORGET IT!
