Hi doctor,
A couple of months ago I shook hands with a homeless man that is known to have HIV/aids. I then touched the urethra of my penis which may or may not have been deep in the tip and am worried that the man had bodily fluids on his hands(blood, semen, etc) that's was passed onto my hands then to me. I was worried and just wondered if this was a way to contract this? can I have unprotected sex with my girlfriend? Should I get tested??

Hi dOctor,here was my situation,i squeezes some pimples on my nose and some were bleeding.15 minutes later i sniffed an underwear that was left in a bathroom.The underwear was still wet and i could feel that the tip of my nose where there was a cut from popping pimples rubbed against that wet area.What is the risk of transmission this way?i am so worry that if the moist from underwear was semen and it could go deep into my fresh cut from rubbing the underwear on it?
1 do you consider my situation as a risky situation?
2 my cut was still fresh(10 min) and it still leave the apparent red and raw skin that bled a little bit for a while,if semen on underwear touch my fresh cut,would there be a real risk?
I have asked my friends about this and they said that there is no risk,since there has never been any single case of hiv transmission through this situation but i really want tge expert opinion.Hope that you understand my English and Thank You
