公共厕所被污染的卫生纸会传播HIV吗

6月5日中午我在我们工厂公共厕所入厕，平时卷装卫生纸都是放进纸巾盒的，直接从纸巾盒抽出卫生纸撕断即可使用。

平时我用的卫生纸都是比较干净的，但是这次感觉卫生纸有点湿润，所以我就多抽出几圈扔掉，用里面的卫生纸擦肛门，但是

里面还是有点湿润，当时没注意，后来我把纸巾盒打开发现剩下的最后几圈卫生纸都是有些湿润的。

我比较恐惧，卫生纸可能受到什么污染了：

1. 我多次用过厕所纸巾盒的卫生纸，平时都比较干燥，这次怎么整个小卷都是湿润的，很让人感觉不正常。

2. 厕所内没有喷淋，不会把卫生纸打湿，我怀疑是厕所保洁人员或其它人员向纸巾盒安装卫生纸时不小心把卫生纸弄到厕所地

上或者大便池受液体污染了导致卫生纸湿润，要是受污染含有HIV 病毒，有风险吗？

3. 我用过的卫生纸整个都有点湿润，看上去没有红色的血液，没有明显的液体，用该卫生纸擦肛门会不会通过肛门粘膜传播？
