Dear Doctory,
I am a Chinese male,24.Two weeks ago,I make love with a woman,before we start,I had used a condom,then I put my fingers INSIDE her vagina,I am sure that when my fingers out,there is much secretions from her on my fingers.

Then we begin to make love for 2 minutes,I took off the condom and have hand-job by myself.After an hour,I found there have a scar inside Frenulum of Prepuce（I had no circumcision before),the scar  can still be queezed out some tissue fluid and little blood.


My Question Is:

After I take off the condom and do hand-job by myself,the SCAR on my prepuce TOUCHED her SECRETIONS on my fingers.

I heared that there are lots of  "Target cell" on the prepuce,it is easy to infected.

Can that be called as " derect " contact ? Do I need a test ?

And we have a oral sex at first.I am afraid that her saliva infected my scar.Is dangerous?

I am so scared because in China, some doctor said that is very dangerous.I need your help, please help me, thank you very much.
这是我的问题。
意思就是两星期前我和一个女的做爱，我戴上避孕套以后，先用手插入她的阴，道，当我拿出手以后，我确定上面沾有她的体液。
做了两分钟以后，我拔出来拿下安全套，然后自己手，淫。一小时后我洗澡的时候发现包皮上有个小口子（我没有割过包皮）上面还能挤出组织液和血液。
我的问题是：
我拿下安全套并且手，淫的时候，那个包皮上的伤口沾到了我手上残留的她的阴，道分泌物，我听说在包皮中有很多“靶细胞”，非常容易感染。我这个算是直接接触么？需要去做检测么？
而且刚开始的时候我们有过口交，我害怕她的唾液感染我的伤口，这个危险么？
我非常害怕，因为在中国，一些医生说这很危险，容易被感染，我需要你们的帮忙，请帮帮我，非常感谢。

But you might think of getting tested for other STDs


网上有很多信息都是错误的，你的情况不可能感染艾滋，其他的性病可能会感染到。


我就问他在刚刚问TEAK的问题：.Thank you，friend。I am just worry abouti the HIV will transmitted by my scar on my prepuce，because there have Target Cell and Hiv can reproduce。
In China，some doctor said that people would want to vomit if the Hiv infected you，and I want to vomit some days。
Sorry for my poor English ，So you mean it dose not matter if the  Hiv touched my scar on prepuce，because as soon as SECRETIONS exposed on air，HIV becomes inactive and unable to infect even HIV TOUCH “Target Cell”? .

意思是：google一下就知道了，还说确定看到过我问过Dr Tan这个问题。

我就问他：Dear Dr，you have come to ask him for my question？And according to my question he said it is no risk？

你用我的名义直接去问他，他说我没风险？你太友好了，我不知道怎么感谢你了。（当时我没理解，后来才知道运来他是说他看到过我问他的帖子）

传染只会在体内进行，当JJ在阴，道内或者肛，门内才可以。

没有性行为（手，淫，摩擦等），在体外进行的，不会引起传染。

其实我怕在包皮的小伤口上算是体内，可是LEZZIE已经那么强调了，我就不敢再问了。

大哥我和你一样！不过我是包皮长然后包皮沾有分泌物又包在龟头上！不过没有破损！不知道这样是不是也不能感染！

我也是沾套上的！但是当时我感觉套子比较干，应该没有多少！不过我害怕沾在包皮上然后包皮把分泌物包在龟头上不知道这样算不算体外？不过我的龟头和包皮都没有破损！你包皮长吗？你能帮我问问这种情况危险吗？
