请问下大家，没去检测梅毒，但两个月多几天没有任何症状可以排除吗？？

The results of DUO tests are conclusive after 4 weeks and the results of other, standard antibody tests are conclusive after 8 weeks. You can be completely sure that you do not have HIV .
